Tiffany provides unique, non-judgemental and extremely effective counselling. It’s taken me years to find the right therapist and I am so grateful to have found her. From my sessions with Tiffany I discovered I’ve been carrying around unwelcome past traumas and anxiety and with her powerful and thought-provoking support I am working on letting these go. I highly recommend her services. – Roseanna K.

My story…well, some of it…

Sometimes you get to a point where you recognise that enough is enough, the world isn’t going to change so maybe I need to change what I can, starting with me. Mine began after another heartbreak, and it started with some excellent counselling. Years later, in a better place but noticing recurring issues, I attended a Psychology of Vision workshop with Chuck Spezzano. During those three days the healing experience was much faster and life changing. It was as if the DNA of my Being had been put back in place and things started to work again. On the train home from London I felt like I was returning from 10 holidays back to back – so light. Exhausted but free. I knew then I wanted to learn more and help my family and friends, and help people like me experience the power of healing with soulful work of forgiveness, of remembrance of their sacred innocence.

The following summer, I did an artist residency at Kingley Vale, rich with ancient yews, folklore and traces of stories. A place I first met and loved as an 8 year old on a school trip. The research enquiry was how can drawing help to connect with nature and the Self. It changed my artist practice and inspired the Art of Enquiry. This combination of soulful psychology in practice with creative expression, learning from nature, has informed the workshops and life-coaching sessions I offer. It has changed my creative practice, what I make, and how. Nature shows we are not separate, so I work with techniques of integration taught by my teachers. I believe we each have a place in the systems of life, that letting go of feeling separate taps us into a rich and vibrant community of life itself in all its forms.

The therapeutic experiences I offer have the creativity needed to ask pertinent questions. The two are connected.

Today I continue to heal, explore and draw. The artwork I make is an expression of my healing journey. The sessions I lead help you align to yours.
